I had scheduled a brief online career coaching session with Tommy, and he went above and beyond to help me. His service was complimentary and he spent a solid hour with me (graciously exceeding our scheduled 15 minutes), clearly very prepared in regards to my background, and worked with me to offer solid advice on the next steps I can take in my career search. I was shocked at how much effort he put into a complimentary service, he genuinely seemed to care and gave me legitimate advice, even following up our session with documents and links in an email.

Through his personal experiences, Tommy reveals how dads play a vital role in children’s lives across every demographic. His insight into responsibility, child-rearing, and children’s intrinsic needs is invaluable.

This book helps spotlight the greats dads who chose to be present in their kids’ lives despite parental differences. This is a must-read for parents in divorce, blended family, and other co-parenting scenarios who want to navigate negative feelings and communicate effectively.
